We stand completely behind the technical standards of the StopWatt System. If our integrated hardware framework does not align with your specific residential grid configurations, we provide an organized pathway for processing equipment returns.

60-Day Satisfaction Window

Purchasers maintain a 60-day testing parameter beginning from the tracking delivery date to request structural reimbursement. To secure a total financial return, the device must show zero external wear and be packaged inside its original factory containers.

Filing An Authorization

To register your dispatch request with our operations center, please open a case via our support channels:

Our processing staff will generate a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference number alongside depot details. Unapproved freight lacking an active tracking token cannot be accepted by our logistics department.

Reimbursement Procedures

Upon physical arrival and mechanical inspection of the hardware at our station, our team will file a condition update. Authorized balances return directly to your primary transaction provider. Most processing institutions apply these corrections within a window of 5 to 10 active business cycles.

Transit Costs

The financial obligation for transit routing rests with the individual user. Please be aware that initial logistics costs recorded during checkout are non-refundable.
